Awful customer service response. Its been more than a month without any other follow up from ToM on a package I never got,after waiting an addition 2 months on top of that for the initial package.

Very cool; I've been using ToMo for a long time. Just recently I had a broken item arrive. The ToMo team was very helpful and my issue was resolved to my satisfaction.
Had question, followed instructions to email. That was two weeks ago, no response. Guess they're still in business
Almost everything is made in China. Things coming from there = over priced cheap and slave labor. I want to see items made here in America.
